 Cook & Partners was established in 1987 and today we continue to build on our enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike.   We specialise in dealing with and assisting owner-managed businesses and in doing so, within any statutory or professional constraints, endeavour to provide best advice and help to both such businesses and those behind them.  Additionally, we put an emphasis on providing a very personal and partner-lead service.  We have many clients both locally and across the country and service businesses of all sizes across many sectors such as:

Our four partners/directors are all general practitioners, with a wealth of professional experience and expertise between them.  We work closely with our clients to help them improve profits and attain their goals.  Subject to any professional constraints, we endeavour to provide a breadth of advice and assistance to all our clients.  Michael Cook, our senior partner, Mark Jones and Colin Wilkinson divide their time between our Hertford and Bishops Stortford offices, whilst Keith Barker is based at our Stevenage office.

We are supported by a team of dedicated professionals in all of our departments.  In particular, we have an in-house tax specialist, David Wye, who assists the partners/directors in advising on all aspects of personal and corporate taxation.
