Dedicated to delivering a first class client service
Cook & Partners was established in 1987 and today we continue to build on our enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike. We specialise in dealing with and assisting owner-managed businesses and in doing so, endeavour to provide best advice and help to both such businesses and those behind them. Additionally, we put an emphasis on providing a very personal service.

Meet the directors
Jeff Oliver
Jeff is a qualified ACCA member with many years’ experience across audit, assurance, accountancy, academies and taxation.
He specialises in supporting start ups, including new limited companies and sole traders, and provides guidance on a range of accounting software.
Outside of work, he enjoys sport, particularly golf and cricket.
Billy Wenman
Billy has been with Cook & Partners for over 10 years and is a qualified ACCA member, having joined the firm as a junior.
His experience includes management accounting, payroll, statutory audit, Making Tax Digital compliance, and software support.
Outside work, Billy enjoys mountain biking, fishing and clay shooting, and is a keen car enthusiast.
David Martin
David has been in practice for 20 years looking after a range of clients from sole traders and owner managed limited company’s up to company’s that require statutory audits. David is currently certified in Wills and Probate and is working towards achieving his Trusts qualifications.
David is an Arsenal supporter and gets to the Emirates whenever he can as well as keeping in shape at the gym.
