Meet the Directors

Jeff Oliver

Jeff is a qualified member of the ACCA.

He has been with the firm for many years and has gained vital experience in various areas including audit, assurance, accountancy, academies and taxation.

He specialises in the start-up of new limited companies or sole traders and can offer software support on various accounting software packages.

Outside of working hours he enjoys various sporting activities especially a round of golf, or the sound of leather on willow on a summers afternoon.

He also enjoys his music and attends the odd concert or festival.

Billy Wenman

Billy has been with Cook & Partners for over 10 years, joining as a junior and is now a qualified member of the ACCA.

With experience in a multitude of aspects including management accounting, payroll, statutory audit, Making Tax Digital compliance and software support and development.

Billy enjoys outdoor sports including clay shooting, fishing and most of all mountain biking throughout the UK and all over Europe. He is also a car enthusiast who doesn’t mind turning his hand to the tools.

David Martin

David has been in practice for 20 years looking after a range of clients from sole traders and owner managed limited company’s up to company’s that require statutory audits. David is currently certified in Wills and Probate and is working towards achieving his Trusts qualifications.

David is an Arsenal supporter and gets to the Emirates whenever he can as well as keeping in shape at the gym.
